Now, 1991’s Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles II: The Secret of the Ooze is back in theaters, and, 35 years later, it’s still the most fun to be had with the Turtles on film (especially for those who grew up in the original Turtle-Mania of the late 1980s and early 1990s). The Bottom Line
