The Redknapp-owned horse clutched the prestigious King George VI Chase at Kempton Park on 26 December and looks to match that result in the four-day festivals feature race. (yes, really)
But returning and trying to win the race for a second consecutive year is the Gavin Cromwell-trained Inothewayurthinkin.
The Details
Irish trainer Willie Mullins will rely solely on Gaelic Warrior as he looks for a fifth victory. Mullins number one jockey Paul Townend will be in the saddle – in a blow to Willies son Patrick, who rode him to victory at Aintree last year and second in the Irish Gold Cup when last seen.
Nicky Hendersons Jango Baie, winner of last years Arkle Chase, will be ridden Boinville.
