So, Pillion, the film that’s been making waves for its, uh, interesting subject matter, just took home some major awards, and I’m not surprised, tbh. I mean, who doesn’t love a good biker romance, especially when it’s mixed with some, you know, kink?

The people who actually know things are saying it’s a game-changer, and I’m inclined to agree, because, let’s be real, it’s not every day you see a film that’s this, shall we say, extra.

Why This Matters (Or Doesn’t) 👀

This is lowkey a whole thing, and I’m not okay, because it shows that the film industry is finally starting to take risks and push boundaries, which is, like, totally valid. I mean, who needs boring, run-of-the-mill rom-coms when you can have a film that’s all about, you know, whips and leather?

The fact that Pillion won four awards, including Best British Independent Film, is a big deal, and it’s giving me main character energy, because I’m all about that underground, indie life.
