so I just binge-watched the finale of ‘The Chair Company’ and I’m still trying to process what I just saw, fr fr.

Tim Robinson’s surreal HBO comedy just ended its first season and it’s giving me anxiety, but like, in a good way? They really said ‘hold my coffee’ and took it to another level, no cap.

The finale was all about luring Ron to a deeper plane of insanity, which, same, because who hasn’t been there, right?

Why This Matters (Or Doesn’t) 👀

this is lowkey a whole thing and I’m not okay, but also, it’s kind of brilliant? The people who actually know things are saying this show is a masterpiece, and I’m inclined to agree, but also, what’s going on with the writers, did they just, like, eat a whole pack of acid or something?

the show’s ability to balance absurdity and humor is, like, a skill, and I’m here for it, but also, my brain is, like, 90% confused and 10% entertained, which, I guess, is the point?

anyway, the finale was, like, a wild ride, and I’m still trying to touch grass after watching it, but, like, in a good way, I think? The main character energy is strong with this one, and I’m living for it.
